Lorena Baudo and Susana Vivas - Lorena Baudo and Susana Vivas are English-Spanish Public Translators graduated from Facultad de Lenguas, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. They have upgraded their studies by participating in many post-graduate courses and seminars related not only to the translation arena, but also to Human Resources, Management and Leadership. They have more than 8 years of experience providing translation and revision services both as freelance and in-house translators. For the last two years, they have been working as Translation Team Leaders and are in charge of coaching, supervising the linguistic quality and upskilling 5 team members’ competences and potential. They have also developed and implemented a pyramidal and cyclical initiative to train in-house translators. This proposal is based on the training method and approach developed, enhanced and systemized by both professionals in the two translation teams.

The topic was really interesting, I've had to self-teach me those tricks while doing translations, so it was nice to have a webinar on that, collecting all the tips together. Unfortunately, the audio was awful and I couldn't understand half of it!
